2. The Domain name has 3 or more (but less than 23) letters or characters, and there is not "-" at the beginning or end of the name.
3. The use of the Domain name does not infringe someone else's rights.
4. All applicants agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions (new window).

6. Applicants agree to be bound by the Dispute Resolution Policy (new window) for Domain Names registered with NIC.AC.
